Private Clients
The same rigour used in litigation, applied to your family's matter.
Qualification summary
Independent, standards-based appraisal for individuals and families — divorce, estate settlement, pre-listing, lending, and insurance — with the same discipline applied to institutional and litigation work.

- Residential real estate valuation and appraisal review
- Personal property valuation for estate, insurance, divorce, and charitable donation
- PMI removal, refinance, and lending-related valuation
- Fair market value and replacement cost analysis
Methodology & standards
All work is performed in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
