“Instructor-level command of the standards — not just practitioner-level familiarity.”

Methodology & standards

All work is performed in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Scope of work, intended use, and value premise are defined at engagement and disclosed in the resulting report. As an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, Mr. Johnson brings instructor-level command of the standards — not just practitioner-level familiarity — to every assignment, and evaluates the standards compliance of other appraisers' work with that same command when retained to do so.
