Methodology & standards

All work is performed in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Scope of work, intended use, and value premise are defined at engagement and disclosed in the resulting report. As an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, Mr. Johnson brings instructor-level command of the standards — not just practitioner-level familiarity — to every assignment, and evaluates the standards compliance of other appraisers' work with that same command when retained to do so.

Availability & engagement

Available for case consultation, expert engagement, deposition, and trial testimony, as well as panel onboarding, assignment coverage, and appraisal review engagements. E&O documentation available during engagement onboarding where required.

Audience-specific statements

Each of the following is written for the way that reader evaluates an appraiser.

Independence

NextPhase does not buy, sell, broker, consign, or take a position in anything it appraises, and holds no referral arrangement with any dealer, auction house, or brokerage. That independence is not a marketing line — it is what allows a conclusion to survive scrutiny.
