What happens next
1. We read it properly. Not an auto-reply — an actual review of what you sent, by the appraiser who would perform the work.
2. You get a fixed fee in writing. A firm number and a delivery date. No hourly billing, and no obligation to proceed.
3. If it is not a fit, we say so. If your matter does not need a full appraisal, or needs someone with a different competence, you will be told that rather than sold something.
