What happens now
1. It is read against your intended use. The same list supports very different conclusions depending on whether it is going to the IRS, an insurer, or a court — that is what gets checked first.
2. Anything critical comes back to you as a question. Not a form letter. If a serial number or a condition detail changes the number materially, you will hear about that one specific thing.
3. Then the work starts. Research, the recognised approaches applied and reconciled, and a report written to the standard the receiving party requires.
