Request an Appraisal

Five short steps. Attach photos and documents. You get a fixed written quote — usually the same day, and never a sales call.

What do you need appraised?

Pick the closest match. If it spans more than one, choose the largest piece.

Personal property and business valuation are handled worldwide. Real estate is Arizona only — it is a state-licensed activity.
What is the appraisal for?

This sets the value standard and the report format. It is the most important question here.

Tell us about it

Approximations are fine. We will follow up on anything critical.

Attach photos or documents

Optional, but it is the single biggest thing that tightens a quote. Photographs, prior appraisals, financial statements, equipment lists — whatever you have.

Labelling a photo is optional and takes one tap — but telling us which shot is the data plate or the damage saves a round of questions later.

What helps most. For items: one overall shot, one of any maker's mark, signature, hallmark or serial number, and one of any damage. For equipment: include the data plate. For a business: three to five years of financials.

Nothing you send is shared with anyone. If you would rather not upload here, submit the form and reply to the confirmation email instead.

Where do we send the quote?

Used only to send your quote. Nothing else, ever.

Used only if a question about your items is faster to ask than to type. No sales calls, ever.
    Published range for this discipline

A fixed fee is quoted in writing before any work begins, and it can land outside this range once we see the detail. This is what similar assignments have cost, not a quote. See the full fee schedule.

    1. Nothing is charged now. No card, no account, no obligation.
    2. A person reads it — the appraiser who would do the work, not an intake clerk.
    3. You get a fixed fee and a delivery date in writing, usually the same day and always within one business day.
    4. You decide. If it is not a fit, or does not need a full appraisal, we will tell you that instead of selling you something.
Submitting sends this straight to ordersnextphase@gmail.com. Your reference number appears on the next screen — quote it if you call.
